Mission Statement
The mission of this organization shall be (a) to serve as a crime prevention program which enlists the active participation of citizens in cooperation with law enforcement to reduce crime in the community, (b) to foster the process of neighbors getting to know each other and working together in programs of mutual assistance to prevent crime and to train residents to recognize and report suspicious activities in their neighborhoods, and (c) to operate as a non-political and non-profit association.

Membership
River Bend residents or property owners who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and who are interested in the mission of this organization may become members by active participation in the activities of the association. Meetings
    The Association meets on the second Wednesday of January, May and October at 7:30 PM at the River Bend Town Hall.  All residents of River Bend are welcome to attend.  Residents are also invited to participate in the Community Watch Patrols.  No experience necessary.
