  1. Tell a friend about our service.
  2. Have your friend tell us your name at the time of sign up.
  3. You may refer up to 12 people and maintain 12 free months
     of service on your account.
  4. All referrals must be active 60 days with current billing
     before credit is given.
  5. This program started December 10, 2001.
  6. Credits will be given for referrals after this date only.
  7. Referral program is not valid with any other special offers.
  8. Free month credits have no monetary value and cannot 
    be redeemed for cash.
